But be sure to get your order in now, as this thing is almost certainly going to sell out. The reason? It’s that magical $500 price point, plus the fact that they wisely got this thing ready before Christmas. People who wouldn’t otherwise be tempted to buy a huge 3D LED television for thousands of dollars are going to want to get in on this way of experiencing 3D games and Blu-Rays.
Just a reminder that aside from being able to watch Blu-Rays in 3D via your Playstation, you’ll also be able to play games in 3D (see the list to the right for the highest rated games), connect the display to your PC or laptop (via HDMI connector), or play SimulView games (as of this writing, supported games at launch will include MotorStorm Apocalypse, Gran Turismo 5, KillZone 3, and Super Stardust HD).
